Karthik has 18 years of IT consulting experience in all aspects of software development, including expertise in business intelligence and data reporting (Tada), Program/Project, and QA management. His domain expertise includes insurance, telecom, e-com, healthcare, consumer packaged goods (CPG), surety, supply chain management, and aviation. Currently, he is a Sr. Director in Delivery & Customer Success implementing Tada solutions for various industries – Insurance, HealthCare, Education, and Dealers.

Karthik has more than 8 years in project management and QA management roles that provided experience in delivering mission-critical business transformation projects. Karthik is a PMP-certified project manager who is very well-versed in PMBoK standards of project management. He has participated extensively in RFPs and SOWs, and managed projects successfully using fixed price, time, and material contracts from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling through closing. He has many years of experience in project planning, estimation, scheduling, resource allocation, execution, onsite-offshore coordination, and delivery ownership. Karthik has managed projects successfully using Agile and Waterfall methodologies and is an expert in running the project as a Scrum Master using Agile methodology.
