Thomas Urbanczyk

Thomas Urbanczyk has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Thomas is currently the Managing Director & Executive Vice President Production at Tadano Europe, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, Thomas served as the Managing Director & Vice President Production at the same company from February 2020 to April 2023. Thomas also worked as the General Manager from September 2018 to February 2020.

Before joining Tadano Europe, Thomas worked at PERI as a Segment Manager from July 2017 to August 2018. Thomas also gained valuable experience at Terex Corporation, where they held several roles over a span of more than ten years. These roles include Manager Welding from February 2015 to June 2017, Valuestream Manager Boom Production from September 2013 to January 2015, Interim Manager Operations in August 2014, and Groupleader Manufacturing Engineering from February 2008 to August 2013. Thomas started their career as a Lean Production Engineer & Kaizen Workshop Leader at Terex Corporation from July 2006 to January 2008.

Prior to their professional career, Thomas worked as a System Analyst at SystemA Engineering GmbH from October 2003 to June 2006. Thomas also pursued their education at HTW des Saarlandes, where they studied Mechanical Engineering from October 1999 to June 2003. Overall, Thomas Urbanczyk has gained extensive experience in various management and engineering roles throughout their career.

Thomas Urbanczyk obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft des Saarlandes Saarbrücken, during the period from 1999 to 2003. In 2015 and 2016, they attended GSI-SLV Saarbrücken where they earned the qualification of DVS-IIW International Welding Engineer / Internationaler Schweißfachingenieur. Thomas Urbanczyk also holds a certification as an International Welding Engineer from GSI SLV, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
