Germán Muñoz Jiménez

Germán Muñoz Jiménez is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technical training, customer relations, and project management. Currently serving as Team Lead for Technical Training & Excellence and Team Lead for Executive Customer Relations at tado° since April 2022, Germán previously held managerial positions at tado° GmbH from March 2016 to April 2022. Earlier experience includes roles at Teleperformance Hellas as Technical Team Manager and at Electronic Arts as Localization Tester. Additionally, Germán has a history of event and film production as a Producer, alongside editorial work as a Corrector and a Técnico de Comunicación. Germán holds a Licenciado degree in Periodismo from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, obtained between 2001 and 2009.
