Farley Dahl

Farley Dahl is a CX Human Centred Designer at TAFE NSW since April 2023 and has held various roles at Quantium since February 2018, including Senior User Experience Designer and User Experience Specialist, focusing on design thinking and human-centered design to enhance user insights in complex environments. Farley previously served as a Customer Experience Designer at The Outside Room Pty Ltd from January 2013 to September 2017, and founded Community Connect Pty Ltd in 2004 to engage small businesses with their local communities. Farley's early career included a Principal Consultant position at Objective Corporation (1994-2003), where innovative technology was applied to enhance client services for major corporations, and an Exploration Unix System Administrator role at Esso Australia (1991-1994). Farley holds multiple degrees from the University of Technology Sydney and other institutions, specializing in service design, interaction design, and business IT.
