Lynne Sheather

Lynne Sheather is a highly experienced professional in leadership, management, and human resources training, currently serving as a Trainer and Assessor at TAFE NSW since July 2017. Lynne has held various roles including Capability Specialist and Senior Education Officer, focusing on workforce capability development and innovation in educational product design. With extensive experience in business coaching as the owner of Be it ALL Business Coaching and as a business owner of Attunga Park Farmstay, Lynne emphasizes personalized coaching and authentic experiences for clients. Previous positions include managing multiple campus sites as Executive Officer at Community College - Northern Inland and working as a Trainer and Assessor at TAFE NSW, complemented by consultancy experience. Lynne holds a Bachelor of Training and Development and a Bachelor of Administrative Leadership (Hons) from the University of New England.
