Kevin mc Kenna

Kevin Mc Kenna is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Project Assistant at Taff Housing since September 2024. With extensive experience in customer service, Kevin has held the roles of Customer Experience Manager and Customer Service Lead at McDonald's from September 2018 to the present. Additionally, Kevin worked as an Outreach Officer at Cardiff University from November 2023 to November 2024 and served as a Student Ambassador at the University of Greenwich from November 2019 to November 2023. Earlier experiences include working as a Maternity Clerical Secretary/Receptionist at NHS in mid-2021 and as a Summer Camp Counselor at Homes for the Homeless in the summer of 2018, where responsibilities included supporting young people from challenging backgrounds. Kevin is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work at Cardiff University, building on a Bachelor of Science degree in Politics and International Relations obtained from the University of Greenwich.
