Eugene Zelek

Eugene Zelek is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in marketing law, currently serving as Senior Counsel at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP since May 2017. Zelek specializes in a range of areas including antitrust, pricing and distribution, branding, licensing, intellectual property, entertainment, strategic alliances, supply relationships, complex contracts, advertising, and new product development. Prior to this role, Zelek was a Partner and Co-Leader of the Antitrust and Trade Regulation Practice Group at Freeborn & Peters LLP from December 1998 to May 2017. Zelek also has experience as an Attorney/Brand Manager at The Quaker Oats Company from 1979 to 1983. Zelek earned a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in 1978.
