Jesse Paquette

Jesse Paquette is the current Chief Scientific Officer at Tag.bio. Jesse has also worked with Ayasdi, Life Technologies, and Berkeley Lab.

Paquette has a background in developing algorithms, statistics, UI features, and data processing pipelines. Jesse has also led a team that translated novel data science concepts into functional prototypes. In their work with Life Technologies, they received a Gold Award and a Bronze Award for their development of specifications and prototype visualization components for a software pipeline that translates next generation sequencing (NGS) data into clinical therapeutic options for cancer and other diseases.

Paquette's skills include Java, R, Git, Ayasdi Iris, JavaScript, HTML5, and D3.js.

Jesse Paquette has a MS in Biomedical Basic Science (Bioinformatics) from University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, a BA in Biology/Computer Science from Kalamazoo College, and a High School Diploma from Midland High School.
