Rachel B. Golodetz

Business Development at TAG Financial Institutions Group

Rachel has over 10 years of financial services experience, including eight years in investment banking and capital markets. Throughout her career, she has worked with clients in a broad range of transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, private placements, and public offerings. At TAG Financial Institutions Group, she is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and sourcing mergers and acquisitions opportunities and financing solutions that will increase value for current and potential clients. Since joining the firm in 2016, Rachel has sourced transactions with an aggregate value in the tens of millions of dollars.

Prior to joining TAG Financial Institutions Group, Rachel spent four years at Burnham Securities Inc in the Investment Banking Group, where she supported M&A, private placements, and public offering transactions, with a particular focus on identifying investors and pulling together members of selling groups. Prior to Burnham Securities, she worked at UBS Financial Services, Inc. in the Wealth Management division for four years. There she worked closely with high net worth clients and with entrepreneurs, helping them to allocate their portfolios among a range of opportunities, some of which went beyond the capital markets.

Rachel graduated Beta Gamma Sigma, the business honor society, from Baruch’s Zicklin School of Business Honors M.B.A. program, where she received an M.B.A. in Finance and in Computer Information Systems. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Vermont.
