Rachel Douglas

Rachel Douglas has extensive experience in operations management within the touring sector, holding multiple roles at TAG since October 2014, including Operations Director Touring US and Operations Manager Touring US. Prior to TAG, Rachel was a Senior Tour Specialist at The Appointment Group, where responsibilities included handling all aspects of Touring/VIP travel. Rachel began a career in travel consulting at ET Travel as a Senior Travel Consultant from May 2008 to April 2014. Rachel holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature and Psychology from the University of Liverpool, earned between 2005 and 2008.
