Katie Mostert

Katie Mostert has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning different industries. Katie has held various roles in different companies throughout their career.

Starting in 2003, Katie worked as a Dance Teacher at ACE Academy of Dance, specializing in the Royal Academy of Dance curriculum. From 2006 to 2008, they served as the Artistic Creative Director and Choreographer at Cheshire Youth Ballet.

In 2008, they joined Pontin's, where they held multiple positions, including Entertainment Operations Supervisor, Show Choreographer, and Assistant Entertainment Manager/Duty Manager. Katie managed a team of 18 entertainers, organized major events, and ensured high customer satisfaction and compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, they performed as a Production Dancer and Lead Character Performer in various shows.

In 2012, Katie joined Carnival Cruise Line as an Entertainment Staff member and later became an Assistant Cruise Director. From 2015 to 2022, they held the role of Entertainment & Guest Operations Director, leading a large multi-disciplinary team and overseeing event-driven programs for over 2 million guests annually. Katie also served as an Operations Supervisor for Entertainment, where they developed new entertainment offerings for the entire fleet and collaborated with brand partners such as HASBRO and Dr. Seuss.

In 2014, they briefly worked as a Character Performer at Merlin Entertainments plc, where they performed as the lead costume character during the Halloween season.

More recently, Katie Mostert joined Parkdean Resorts in 2020 as a General Manager Designate at Skipsea Sands. Katie quickly advanced to become the General Manager at Ruda and then the General Manager at Parkdean Resorts.

Currently, they are employed at TAG Live® as the Head of UK Operations, responsible for overseeing the delivery of client projects and leading a team.

Katie Mostert obtained a Diploma in Musical Theatre with a focus on Drama and Dance Teacher Education from the Merseyside Dance & Drama Centre in 2007. Katie also received a certificate in Ballet, Tap, and Modern Dance Teaching from the Royal Academy of Dance Ballet Teaching and ISTD Tap & Modern Foundation in Dance Instruction. Before that, they completed their Associate's Degree in Media Studies, English Literature, and Dance at Sandbach 6th Form College in 2004. Katie'shigh school education took place at Sandbach High School, where they completed their GCSEs in Math, English, Double Science, Spanish, History, P.E, Dance, and Food Technology from 1997 to 2002. In addition to their academic qualifications, Katie also possesses various additional certifications focused on customer experience, leadership, empowerment, and safety.
