Lauren Hotetz

Lauren Hotetz has worked as a Kitchen Manager at Aspen Creek Grill from February 2015 to February 2016, and as a Kitchen Manager at Torchy's Tacos from September 2016 to May 2017. Lauren then transitioned to the role of Sous Chef at TAG Restaurant Group from July 2017 to April 2018 before becoming the Head Chef at The Kitchen Restaurant Group Next Door Eatery from April 2018 to October 2018. Currently, Lauren holds the position of Executive Sous Chef at TAG Restaurant Group since September 2019.
