Charles Schue, FRIN, FION has a long and varied career in the technology industry. In 2004, they founded, owned, and served as CEO of UrsaNav, Inc., a global leader in Low-Frequency (LF) Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) products and solutions. In 2014, they founded, owned, and served as Director of Aethera Technologies, a forward-thinking electronics engineering firm. In 2015, they founded, owned, and served as CEO and President of Tagence, Inc. In 2021, they became a Director of Ad Astra Rocket Company, located near the NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX.

Charles Schue, FRIN, FION has a long and varied education history. Charles obtained their AS and BS in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry University between 1981 and 1983. Charles then went on to earn their MS in Engineering Management from Western New England University between 1987 and 1993. During this same time period, they also completed their BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School. In 2003, they completed their Executive MBA in Business Administration from George Mason University's School of Business. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Quality Auditor and Certified Quality Engineer.
