Amanda Ericson, MS, RD, is a small business owner at Advanced Performance Nutrition LLC since March 2023. Amanda has served as an instructor for the Gateway Program Seminar course, focusing on Farm to Table at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs from August 2021 to November 2023.
