Amanda Ericson

Amanda Ericson, MS, RD, is a small business owner at Advanced Performance Nutrition LLC since March 2023. Amanda has served as an instructor for the Gateway Program Seminar course, focusing on Farm to Table at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs from August 2021 to November 2023. Amanda's experience includes roles as a dietetic intern and sport nutrition program assistant at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee, a performance chef at the United States Air Force Academy, and a football sport nutrition intern at Colorado State University. Additionally, Amanda worked as a community coordinator at Frazier Farms Market and has a solid educational background with a Master of Science in Sports Nutrition from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Food Science from Colorado State University. An associate degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences with a focus on health, nutrition, and kinesiology was completed at MiraCosta College.
