Donna Heaton has over 20 years of experience in the digital marketing industry. Donna began their career in 2002 as Site Editor and Parent Supporter at Netmums, where they learned basic HTML and edited information added by members of the public. Donna later became Ad Ops Manager and Customer Services Manager. In 2017, they joined Channel Mum Ltd as Head of Ops & Analysis, Head of Safeguarding and Parent Support, and Audience Development Manager & Analyst. Currently, Donna is a Customer Success Manager, EMEA at Tagger, where they help marketers plan campaigns, maximize workflow efficiency, connect with creators, and accurately measure ROI.
Donna Heaton completed their BA(Hons) in Cultural and Critical Studies from University College of Ripon and York St John between 1994 and 1997. Donna has obtained several certifications since then, including a Certificate in Understanding Mental Health First Aid and Mental Health Advocacy in the Workplace from CACHE in June 2021, a Certificate in Digital Marketing with Distinction from Squared Online in June 2019, an Expert Certification from Brandwatch in October 2018, an Asset Monetization and Content Ownership Certification from YouTube in November 2017, an Audience Growth, Content Strategy, and Adwords Search Certification from YouTube and Google in October and July 2017, respectively, and an Adwords Display Certification from Google in April 2017.
