Jocelyne Norris

Jocelyne Norris has a decade of work experience in various roles. Jocelyne began their career in 2010 as a Program Assistant at EBONY COUNSELING CENTER. In 2012, they moved to GrowthHackers as an Operations Manager. In 2015, they became the Director of Recruiting and Placement at The Startup Admin. In 2016, they were a Business Operations Manager at The Craftsman Agency. In 2018, they were an Associate Director of Operations at Zammo Digital Marketing and also started their own company, Intentional Culture Ops. In 2019, they became a Sr. People Operations Manager at Hook. In 2021, they joined Tagger as Global SVP/ Head of People Operations and The Flex Company as Head of People.

Jocelyne Norris earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Hawaii Pacific University between 2011 and 2012, majoring in Business Management. Jocelyne also holds a Bachelor's Degree from Hawaii Pacific University, which they obtained between 2006 and 2008, also majoring in Business Management.
