Ahmad Alsolaim has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Ahmad started their career in 2003 at Saudi Bells LLC, where they held multiple positions including CEO, Partner, and Executive Consultant. Ahmad also served as a Board Member during their time with the company. In 2004, they joined Interkey for Communication & Computer as a Board Member and VP of Business Development.

In 2010, Alsolaim founded Al Khawarizmi Educational Co, where they served as the Founder and Managing Director. Ahmad later became the Chairman of the company until 2019. During this time, they also founded TekPaths in 2010 and served as the Founder and CEO until 2015. Continuing their entrepreneurial journey, they co-founded DOOR Training & Coaching in 2012 and served as the CEO and Founder.

Alsolaim joined TECHNOLOGY CONTROL CO. (TCC) in 2014 as the COO before becoming the CEO in 2016. Ahmad held this position until 2017. In 2019, they became a Tashir Board Director at The Saudi Company for VISA and Travel Solutions.

In 2017, Alsolaim joined TAHAKOM and held various positions within the company. Ahmad served as the VP of Identity and Information Solutions from 2017 to 2019, VP of Corporate Governance and Compliance from 2019 to 2020, VP of Business Development and Partnerships from 2020 to 2024, and currently holds the role of VP of Corporate Strategy and Governance.

Ahmad Alsolaim has a diverse education history. Ahmad obtained a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ohio University in the years 1997 to 2002. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Case Western Reserve University from 1993 to 1996. Ahmad also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Microelectronics from King Saud University, which they completed from 1986 to 1991.

In terms of professional development, Ahmad pursued various certifications and programs. In 2018, they attended IMD and completed a program called "Leading Digital Business Transformation" focusing on digital transformation. In 2019, they enrolled in a course offered by Euromoney, specializing in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). Most recently, in 2023, Ahmad attended the MIT Sloan School of Management for a program called "Business Model Innovation for Organizational Transformation" with a focus on business modeling.
