Ahmad al-Mardini

Ahmad Al-Mardini has a diverse background in project management and service delivery. Ahmad is currently the Head of Product Management at Tahaluf Al Emarat Technical Solutions, a role they have held since October 2021. Prior to this, Ahmad worked at GBM as a Senior Projects Manager from July 2016 to October 2021. Before that, they held various positions at Omnix International, including Projects Manager from November 2013 to June 2016 and Service Delivery Manager from April 2013 to November 2013. Ahmad also has experience at SITA, where they served as a Service Delivery Manager from October 2011 to April 2013 and as a Senior Analyst - Service Transition from August 2006 to October 2011. Throughout their career, Ahmad has demonstrated their ability to manage successful project delivery, ensure customer satisfaction, and serve as a primary interface between companies and their clients.

Ahmad Al-Mardini completed their undergraduate studies in Computer Science at Yarmouk University from 2001 to 2005, earning a degree with a V.Good classification. In 2012, they enrolled in California College where they pursued a professional training program in Human Development. During this time, they also obtained a diploma in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). Additional certifications include Advanced Marketing Management from Kellogg Executive Education (expected completion in 2023) and Critical Thinking for Better Judgment and Decision-Making as well as Productivity Tips: Finding Your Productive Mindset from LinkedIn (obtained in 2020). Ahmad Al-Mardini obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI in April 2010. Ahman also has certifications in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), MCP in Developing Microsoft .Net Applications for Windows using C#.NET, Microsoft Office Project 2007, Managing Projects (MCTS), and is a Project Management Professional (PMP).
