Qasem al Syouf

Qasem Al Syouf has extensive experience in technical project management and software development, currently serving as the Director and Operations Manager at Tahaluf Al Emarat Technical Solutions since November 2016. Prior roles include Project Manager at Abu Dhabi Police, where responsibilities encompassed managing technical projects, prioritizing tasks, and providing strategic guidance, and Technical Team Leader at ESKADENIA Software Solutions, focusing on team management and customer service. Earlier, Qasem held the position of Senior Software Designer/Developer at NEPS. Qasem holds a B.Sc. in Information Technology from Al-Balqa Applied University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
