Benedetto D'Epiro

Benedetto D'Epiro is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the culinary industry. Currently serving as Regional Executive Chef at Taher, Inc. since October 2018, Benedetto has previously held the position of Executive Chef at Alla Faccia Productions from October 2009 to June 2012, where responsibilities included culinary consulting, authorship, and teaching. From July 1996 to September 2009, Benedetto was the Head Chef at Ristorante Barberini. Educationally, Benedetto holds a Technical Diploma in Culinary Arts and Hospitality from IPSSAR Culinary Institute of Rome, earned between 1994 and 1996, and a High School diploma in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from IPSSAR II, completed from 1991 to 1994.
