Jessica Horning is an experienced data analyst and senior database programming analyst with a strong background in managing complex databases, data analytics, and program support. Currently at Tahirih Justice Center since October 2017, Jessica oversees the design, implementation, and maintenance of databases while utilizing data analytics to optimize workflows. Previous roles include data analysis and reporting for government grants, developing applications in R Shiny, and extensive research work on economic security and labor policy at Wider Opportunities for Women. Jessica holds a Certificate in Applied Statistics from George Mason University, a Master of Science in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from James Madison University.

The Tahirih Justice Center is a national, non-profit organization that supports immigrant survivors seeking safety and justice. Our holistic, interdisciplinary model for service combines free legal and social services with bridge-building policy advocacy, and research-based training and education. We amplify the voices of survivors in communities, courts, and Congress to create a world where everyone can live in safety and with dignity.
