Terry Mynatt

Terry Mynatt is an experienced professional currently serving as a Creditable Educator of Medicare at Physicians Mutual and a Substitute Teacher at Tahlequah Public Schools since November 2019. Previously, Terry held various significant roles at Northeastern State University from 2007 to 2019, including Manager of Reporting and Room Scheduling, where leadership in an 18-month implementation of the Ad Astra software improved management of scheduling and room resources across three campuses. As a Process Improvement Coordinator, Terry led initiatives that resulted in substantial labor hours saved in multiple departments, and as a Technology Trainer, provided extensive training to over 1,500 faculty and staff. Early career experience includes serving as a Human Resource Manager at Lowe's Home Improvement, focusing on employee recruitment, training, and payroll management. Terry holds a Master of Science in Higher Education Leadership and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Meeting and Event Planning, both from Northeastern State University.
