Adrian Dancer

Adrian Dancer is an experienced educator currently serving as a Long Term Substitute Teacher at Connections Academy since October 2025. Previously, Adrian worked at Bastrop ISD from June 2022 to May 2025, teaching various subjects for 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades, and held the role of Science Team Lead for 5th grade. In that position, Adrian designed and implemented engaging science lessons and developed a comprehensive curriculum. Prior to that, Adrian was a Special Education Instructional Aide at Dripping Springs ISD, supporting both special and general education teachers with student needs. Adrian's early experience includes working as a Substitute Teacher at KIPP Texas Public Schools, where adherence to educational standards was maintained, and as a Staff Geologist at Fugro, managing geological site characterization projects. Adrian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology from Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
