Kevin Speer is an accomplished General Manager and Chief Operating Officer with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving at Tahoe Beach Club since December 2020, Kevin has overseen team management and collaborated with the Real Estate Development and design teams, contributing to the club's certification as a "Blue Beach" by Keep Tahoe Blue. Prior experience includes over 27 years at Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore Santa Barbara and Coral Casino Beach & Cabana Club, where Kevin led a $7 million annual club operation and engaged in strategic collaboration with ownership on membership sales. Earlier roles include Managing Partner at Chuy’s Long Bar and Assistant General Manager at Nanco Group, showcasing a strong foundation in operational management and business development.
