Shawn Webber

Shawn Webber has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Shawn started their career at Idea in 1999 as a Site Builder/Website Operations, where they managed quality assurance processes and re-branded the entire website. Shawn then became the Website Operations Manager, overseeing a team responsible for quality assurance and publishing operations. In 2004, Shawn joined HP as a Web Manager, migrating products into the company's CMS and improving reporting with a JavaScript module. Shawn also worked as a Lead UI Developer, creating and maintaining HP's websites and implementing modern metrics reporting. As a UI Architect, Shawn developed a new UI library and set up new processes. In 2014, Shawn joined Tahzoo as the Manager of the Front-End development team, responsible for delivering front-end development assets. Later, they became the Director of Software Engineering, leading initiatives in quality improvement, AI, personalization, and machine learning.

Shawn Webber attended Texas A&M University from 1994 to 1998, where they pursued a degree in Computer Engineering. Furthermore, they have obtained a certification in Semantic Web Training from the Semantic Web Company (SWC) in August 2022.
