Craig Maybery-Thomas

Craig Maybery-Thomas is an experienced professional in the field of property and asset management, currently serving as the Head of Assets and Decarbonisation at Tai Tarian since December 2021. Previously, Craig held the position of Property Technical Manager and Building Surveying Manager at Tai Tarian from May 2017 to December 2021. Craig's career began with a role as a Building Surveyor at NPT Homes from December 2012 to May 2017 and included significant experience as a Surveyor at Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council from July 2000 to December 2012. Craig holds a degree in Building Technology and Management from the University of South Wales and a BTEC National Diploma in Construction from Neath College.
