Dean Williams

Dean Williams is an experienced building surveyor currently employed at Tai Tarian since February 2022, specializing in domestic energy assessment and retrofit coordination with certifications in energy efficiency for older buildings. With a background as a self-employed Domestic Energy Assessor and Greendeal Advisor since April 2015, Dean provides energy surveys, retrofit condition reports, and floor plans across Southeast Wales. Previous positions include Project Manager/Surveyor at Seraph Property Maintenance, managing residential projects, and a Surveyor role at Wren Kitchens, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines in kitchen and bathroom layouts.
