Valentin Makharinets

Valentin Makharinets is the Director, Project Manager at TAI. Valentin has over 19 years of experience in the project management field.

Makharinets began their career as a Service Manager at Double Play Inc. in April 1997. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives. Valentin then became a Project Management Consultant at Munich Re in May 2000. In this role, they worked with clients to assess their needs and develop project plans accordingly.

In November 2015, Makharinets became a Consultant at Frank Cowan Company. In this role, they led a team of underwriters and analysts in business process reengineering and the formalization of requirements. Valentin also assessed vendor packages for a new policy administration system for a specialty programs and associations UW department.

Most recently, Makharinets was tasked with setting up a PMO at LOGiQ3 Corp. as the Director, Project Management Office. In this role, they were responsible for managing projects, BAs, and QAs while ensuring adherence to best practices and external/SOC audit compliance. Valentin also led initiatives in business and technology domains while utilizing predictive, hybrid, and agile PM methodologies. Valentin has built lasting relationships with clients and business partners through the successful delivery of multiple concurrent strategic initiatives.

They work with Brian Traxler - SVP, Business Development, Pete Murphy - Chief Architect, and Bill Ruppenthal - CTO. Valentin Makharinets reports to Chris Murumets, CEO.
