Fatima Villajoaquin has extensive work experience in the field of business systems analysis and programming. Fatima started their career at Accenture in 1996 as a Project Team Lead/Programmer Analyst, where they played a key role in improving turnover rates and managing networks and databases. Fatima then worked at Merrill Lynch as a Senior Programmer/Business Systems Analyst from 1998 to 1999, and at Guardian Life Insurance as a Senior Programmer/Business Systems Analyst from 1999 to 2004.
In 2004, Fatima joined AT&T (Paragon Computer Professionals) as a Business Systems Analyst before transitioning to a Lead Business Systems Analyst role at MetLife. At MetLife, they led efforts in developing several sales and administering platforms, as well as web-based servicing systems. Fatima documented business requirements and facilitated work sessions for validation and approval of requirements.
Most recently, Fatima joined Taiho Oncology, Inc. in 2020 as a Lead Business Systems Analyst / UAT, where they are currently engaged in their role.
Fatima Villajoaquin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Ateneo de Zamboanga University, where they attended from 1990 to 1994. In addition, they hold a certification as a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from the IIBA International Institute of Business Analysis, which they obtained in January 2019.
