Gerard Villar

Gerard (Gerry) Villar possesses extensive experience in Quality Assurance within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving in Quality Assurance at Taiho Oncology, Inc. since January 2024, Villar previously held Quality Assurance roles at Astex Pharmaceuticals from October 2019 to December 2023 and Relypsa as Associate Director of Quality Assurance from September 2017 to October 2019. Prior to these positions, Villar worked at Boehringer Ingelheim from March 2011 to June 2016, where responsibilities included QA Manager of Change Management, and at Amgen from June 2005 to March 2011.
