Juliet Agranoff, MS

Juliet Agranoff, MS has a diverse and extensive background in human resources and leadership roles. Starting in 1994 at Morgan Stanley as a Human Resources Generalist, they worked in various HR roles and gained experience in the financial services industry. In 2004, they joined Avon Cosmetics as a Senior Human Resources Manager for Global Research & Development before moving on to General Electric in 2005 as a Global Human Resources Manager for GE Money. At General Electric, they managed talent and guided clients through challenging market conditions in the mortgage business.

In 2008, Juliet joined Pfizer (formerly Wyeth) as a Director, Human Resources Business Partner for Vaccines Research & Development. Juliet led organization management during the acquisition of Wyeth by Pfizer and served as a senior HR lead to the Executive Vice President overseeing discovery through registration.

Juliet's career then led their to The Medicines Company in 2010, where they held multiple roles in human resources. Juliet served as the Vice President and Head of Human Resources for Infectious Disease, providing HR advice and counsel to leaders across all disciplines. In addition, they were the Global Talent Leader and Human Strategy Partner for Corporate Functions, designing talent initiatives and leading the largest expansion in the company's history.

In 2018, Juliet joined Melinta Therapeutics as a Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources. Juliet built the HR function from the ground up in this start-up antibiotics company and represented management on the Compensation Committee of the Board.

Most recently, in 2019, Juliet joined Taiho Oncology, Inc. as the Senior Vice President, People. Juliet was recruited as a transformational leader to drive the development of oncology business and organizational strategies for the CEO.
