Robert Chernitsky

Robert Chernitsky has a strong background in business operations, analytics, and supply chain management. Robert has worked in various leadership roles at different companies throughout their career.

From 2014 to the present, Chernitsky has been Vice President of Business Operations & Analytics at Taiho Oncology, Inc. In this role, they are responsible for managing the supply chain in the U.S. and Canada, including procurement, packaging, distribution, trade relations, business planning, financial analysis, market research, and sales operations.

Prior to their current role, Chernitsky held several positions at Taiho Oncology, Inc. Robert served as Senior Director of Commercial Analytics and Supply Chain Operations from 2018 to 2020, Senior Director of Supply Chain, Trade Relations, and Business Planning and Analysis in 2018, and Director of Supply Chain, Trade Relations, and Business Planning and Analysis from 2014 to 2017.

Before joining Taiho Oncology, Inc., Chernitsky worked at ViroPharma Incorporated from 2005 to 2014. During their time there, they held various roles, including Business Development, Associate Director of Marketing for Vancocin and Non-toxigenic Clostridium difficile, Assistant Director of Commercial Finance, and Manager of Commercial Finance.

Chernitsky also has experience working at IBM Global Services from 2003 to 2005 as a Managing Consultant, where they led engagement teams and worked on projects related to financial management.

Prior to that, they worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1999 to 2002 as a Senior Consultant in the Financial Management practice, specializing in re-engineering budget and forecast processes for various companies.

Chernitsky's early career includes a role as a Consultant at Coopers & Lybrand Consulting from 1996 to 1999, where they worked on financial management projects for a global pharmaceutical company, including benchmarking financial operations and developing predictive models.

Overall, Chernitsky has extensive experience in business operations, analytics, supply chain management, and financial management in the pharmaceutical and consulting industries.

Robert Chernitsky completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mathematics at Allegheny College from 1983 to 1987. Robert further pursued their education at Carnegie Mellon University where they obtained a Master of Science Industrial Administration with a specialization in Strategy and Finance from 1991 to 1993.
