Yubing Wan

Yubing Wan is a seasoned biostatistician with extensive experience in statistical analysis and machine learning applications in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Biostatistics at Taiho Oncology, Inc. since April 2024, Yubing previously held the position of Senior Data Scientist and Biostatistician at QuartzBio, where leadership in FDA-approved clinical trials and development of innovative machine learning strategies for omics analytics were key contributions. Additional experience includes a role as Statistician at Precision For Medicine, focusing on genomic analyses and Bayesian modeling, and a Postdoctoral Associate position at The Jackson Laboratory for Genomic Medicine, where predictive methodologies and dimensionality reduction algorithms were developed. Yubing's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Biostatistics from the University of Louisville and multiple positions as a research and teaching assistant during graduate studies.
