Jerry Edwards has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jerry began their career in the United States Air Force as a Captain, where they flew FB-111 Fighter Aircraft until 1976. Jerry then moved on to work at Wrangler Jeans, where they served as VP of Business Systems. During their time there, they implemented various initiatives that resulted in cost and time savings for the company.

Edwards joined Sales Technologies in 1985, where they worked as EVP of Operations until 1992. Following that, they joined VF Corporation as VP of Information Technology and Services at the Lee Apparel Division. In this role, they were responsible for systems development, management, and operations. Jerry also oversaw distribution operations, customer services, and retail stock replenishment services.

In 1995, Edwards founded Rodeer, Inc. and served as its COO and President. Jerry led the company's operations, raised capital, and acquired several medical transcriptions companies. After leaving Rodeer in 1998, Edwards joined Pearl Izumi as CEO and President. Jerry significantly increased sales revenue and EBITDA during their tenure and later sold the company to Nautilus, Inc.

Edwards then joined Nautilus, Inc. in 2005 as EVP and President of the Apparel Division. During their time there, they oversaw the acquisition of Pearl Izumi and contributed to the company's growth. Jerry later joined Chartlogic, Inc. as a Director from 2007 to 2011 and Heelys, Inc. as a Director from 2008 to 2013.

Finally, Edwards acquired the assets of Tail, Inc. in 2008 and became its CEO and President. Tail is a leading brand of women's golf and tennis apparel distributed through various channels. Overall, Edwards has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a successful track record in various industries throughout their career.

Jerry Edwards has a strong educational background with degrees in various fields. Jerry began their education journey in 1964 at East Carolina University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics in 1968. Subsequently, in 1968, they attended Texas A&M University for the USAF Meteorology Officers Course, further enhancing their knowledge in Meteorology. Over the course of their career, Jerry went on to pursue a Master's degree at the University of Southern California in Systems Engineering and Management, which they completed from 1974 to 1976. Additionally, in 1973, they attended the USAF Squadron Officer School to develop their leadership skills.
