Bryan Holmes

Bryan Holmes has over twenty years of experience in cybersecurity network operations planning and knowledge management. Bryan began their career in 2001 as a Cybersecurity Operations Planner and Senior Enlisted in the Joint Force Headquarters Marine Corps Forces Cyberspace Command. In this role, they developed and enhanced the first Joint Targeting Package for the first Joint Targeting Cyberspace Board, participated in and supported multiple Cyber Operations Planning Teams, drafted CONOPS for the Command and Control of Combat Mission Teams and Combat Support Teams, and prepared weekly update briefs for the Director of the JFHQ. Bryan also managed the daily operations and annual training requirements of the Joint Force Headquarters MFCC.

From 2018 to 2022, Holmes worked at Markesman Group as a Cybersecurity Network Operations Planner and Knowledge Manager. In this role, they enabled consistent execution of mission across a matrixed workforce by validating, coordinating, and delivering a system of standardized processes and documentation. Bryan also oversaw the development and maintenance of a governing body of documentation and other solutions to enable consistent, standardized execution of operational and administrative duties. During this period, they were also a Fulltime Student at the University of Maryland University College.

Since 2022, Holmes has been employed at Tailored Access, LLC as a Cybersecurity Network Operations Planner. In addition to their current role, they have held other positions such as Special Security Officer and Security Manager, Computer and Information Systems Manager, Assistant Special Security Officer, Team Chief of Close Access Computer Network Operations Team, Team Lead NSA Red Team, System Administrator Instructor, and Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) Systems Engineer.

Bryan Holmes obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Networks and Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Global Campus between 2015 and 2018. Bryan also obtained a Certificate in Computer Networking from the same institution in 2018. Additionally, Bryan Holmes completed an NSA Internship in Digital Network Intelligence at the Marine Corps Digital Network Operations. Bryan also holds certifications in ITIL Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice, which they obtained in February 2014, and Network Plus from CompTIA, which they obtained in May 2009.
