Linda Cotte is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project leadership and business analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Project Lead/Business Analyst at Tailored Management since August 2018, Linda previously held the position of Senior Systems Analyst at Bank of America through Signature Consultants, where expertise in IVR systems and telephony was applied to enhance user experiences and process improvements. Linda's career began at IBM Corporation, where a role as Senior Consulting IT Specialist was held for over three decades. Linda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a secondary major in Technical Communications from Clarkson University.
