Kristy Desmarais

Kristy Desmarais has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. Kristy started their career in 2005 as a Customer Service Representative at State Farm Insurance, where they worked until 2008. Kristy then joined Insurance and Risk Management Services as a Client Service Manager from 2008 to 2011. In 2011, they became the Benefits Director at BKS Partners, a role they held until 2020 when they transitioned to the position of Senior Director Client Experience. Currently, Kristy is a Managing Director at BKS Partners, a role they assumed in 2023. In addition to their corporate roles, they co-founded The Tailored Company in 2016.

Kristy Desmarais obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a specialization in General Studies, from Florida Gulf Coast University.
