Jennifer Whitten

Jennifer Whitten has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 as a Groom/Stable Hand at Rycroft School of Equitation where they assisted with horse care and maintenance. In 2016, they interned as a Mammals Keeper at Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens, acquiring valuable hands-on experience with a variety of mammals. Jennifer then designed and managed their own website/blog called Jenny's Animal Kingdom which focused on wildlife conservation, travel, climate change, farming & agriculture, and pet advice. In 2017, Jennifer worked as a Temporary Researcher at Cello Health, gathering information on medical professionals for pharmaceutical companies. Jennifer also worked as a Temp at On Track Recruitment, holding various positions such as researcher, waitress, and laborer. Jennifer was then employed as a Sales Administrator at BCA Marketplace plc, initially as a temp before becoming a permanent employee, where they collaborated with the sales team. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Deloitte as a Senior Associate Auditor. Currently, Jennifer works as a Management Accountant at Tails.com, starting in 2021.

Jennifer Whitten has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Animal Sciences from Michigan State University, which they obtained between 2013 and 2016. Before attending Michigan State University, they earned a BTEC in Animal Science from Merrist Wood College, where they studied Animal Management from 2011 to 2013. Jennifer Whitten also completed their GCSEs at Hawley Place School from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a San Diego Zoo Global Academy Certificate in May 2016. The institution that granted this certificate is unknown.
