Maria Shaw

Maria Shaw has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Maria started their career at Elmbank Logistics in 2009 as a Customer Service Representative and worked there until 2013. After that, they joined Sitel as an Advisor and later became a Senior Advisor in 2013. In 2014, Maria moved to Peoplevox where they worked as a Systems Trainer and an Implementation Specialist. In 2015, they joined tails.com and held various roles including Customer Support Agent, Customer Experience Team Leader, and B Corp Coordinator. Currently, they are working at tails.com as a Commercial Lead, starting in April 2022.

Maria Shaw obtained a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics and English Language from Bangor University from 2005 to 2008.
