Richard Howatson

Richard Howatson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in commercial leadership and brand management across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at tails.com, Richard oversees the organization's transformation and is responsible for all commercial functions. Previously, Richard was Chairman and Board Director at Podback and held multiple roles at Nestlé, including General Manager for Nescafé Dolce Gusto and Starbucks at Home, as well as Marketing Director for Nestlé's Beverage Division. Richard's career began at Colgate-Palmolive and The Coca-Cola Company. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Studies and a Diploma of Business Studies from Massey University, along with completion of a Senior Leadership Programme at London Business School.
