Douglas V. Traver

Mr. Traver assists Tailwind in formulating strategy regarding debt financing for new and existing investments. Mr. Traver serves of the Board of Directors of ASC, Diversified, and NTS.

Mr. Traver has over 30 years of corporate and investment banking experience. In 2009, Mr. Traver co-founded CoveView Advisors LLC, an independent corporate finance advisory firm, that provides M&A and debt and equity capital raising services. Prior to founding CoveView, he spent 27 years with J.P. Morgan Chase and its predecessor firms, Chase Manhattan, Chemical Bank, and Manufacturers Hanover. At J.P. Morgan, Mr. Traver held a number of management, client coverage, and product coverage positions including Co-Head of the Syndicated and Leveraged Finance Group, Co-Chairman of the Financial Sponsors Group, and Managing Director in the Global Syndicated Finance Group. He was a member of the North American Underwriting Committee, and a member of the North American Credit Markets and Investment Bank management teams.

Mr. Traver is a member of the Brown University Leadership Council and serves on the Advisory Board of The Community Fund of Darien.

Mr. Traver received a BA degree in Applied Mathematics and Economics, Magna Cum Laude, from Brown University.
