Neil Callahan

Neil Callahan is the Founder and Managing Partner of Pilot Growth Equity, a technology growth equity firm established in October 2009, with offices in San Francisco and New York. In addition to their role at Pilot Growth, Neil serves as a Board Member for Tailwind and Webgility, and as a Board Observer for Kevel. Neil has been involved with several other companies, including r4 Technologies, CB Insights, Velocidi, and Perthera, in board positions since 2016. Prior to these roles, Neil was President of Digital and Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at Dentsu Aegis Network, where significant contributions were made to M&A and strategic partnerships. Neil holds a BA in Public Policy Studies from the University of Chicago and is a graduate of Malden Catholic High School.
