Dominique Kavuisya

Dominique Kavuisya has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Dominique is the CEO and Founder of Taimba Limited, a company focused on addressing the fragmented agricultural value chain in Africa. Dominique has also worked at Diageo as a Manager, where they led the Route to Consumer IT initiatives and developed IT strategies and roadmaps. At INDUS Corporation, they served as an Oracle Data Warehouse Program Lead, managing a team and implementing Oracle DW OLAP schema design. Dominique worked at HJ Heinz as a Business Intelligence Project Manager, redesigning the Sales, Invoice & Supply chain Data warehouse and implementing BI environments. Dominique also worked as a Senior Oracle & SAP-Business Objects Consultant at Fannie Mae Foundation, where they gathered business intelligence requirements and administered and supported OLTP and OLAP systems. At Time Warner Cable, they were an Oracle and Business Objects Developer, and at the Ministry of Education-Kenya, they worked as a Data Analyst and ICT support staff.

Dominique Kavuisya's education history began in 1998 when they attended Moi University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. They completed their undergraduate studies in 2003. In 2005, Dominique enrolled at the University of Northern Virginia - Annandale, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Systems Technology. They completed their studies in 2008.

In 2011, Dominique obtained a Prince II certification, specializing in Project Management. The following year, in 2012, they attended the Kenya Institute of Management-KIM, where they received a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. This certification focused on Project Management and Quality Improvement.
