Joan Nduati

Joan Nduati has a diverse work experience with roles in various companies. Joan started their career at IT Works Software as a Requirements Analyst, where they reverse engineered and developed data flow diagrams for the NTAMS system. Joan then worked as a Business/Systems Analyst at 6KSystems, where they contributed to projects for the US House of Representatives and the Environmental Protection Agency.

Joan later joined Stanbic Bank, initially as a Sr. Business Analyst, where they conceptualized and implemented the Customer Instruction Management System (CIMS). Joan also held roles as a Manager Change Services and Manager Channels Corporate Clients, where they designed innovative solutions, implemented improvements, and drove utilization of the online banking channel.

After their time at Stanbic Bank, Joan became a Co-Founder CTO at Taimba Limited, where they focused on product development. Currently, they are employed at Schneider Electric as a Customer Satisfaction and Quality Manager. In this role, Joan is responsible for managing operations, implementing process improvements, and leading a team. Joan is also a Customer Complaints Management Process Team Leader, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and quality in Anglophone Africa.

Joan Nduati obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology from Strathmore University in the years 2000 to 2004. Joan then pursued a Master's degree in Project Management from the University of Northern Virginia - Annandale, completing it from 2005 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained the Prince 2 Foundation certification from APMG - International in March 2011. Joan Nduati has additional certifications in "In Persuit of Excellence (Service Training)" from the Customer Experience Management Department CfC Stanbic Bank and "Microsoft Office Project 2007 Managing Projects" from Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, although the exact dates of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
