Su Ma

Su Ma has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. They currently work as the Chief of Staff at Taimei Technology, a position they started in October 2021. Prior to that, Su Ma held multiple roles at SAP. From January 2021 to October 2021, they served as a Product Manager for SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone, working with various teams to analyze market trends and define product strategies. From November 2018 to October 2021, Su Ma was a Strategic Program Manager for SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring successful delivery of strategic programs. They also served as the General Manager of GAIA-SAP 1BLives Greater China Winner & Global Top 5 project from February 2019 to December 2019. Early in their career, Su Ma worked as a Software Engineer and later as an Associate Software Engineer at SAP.

Su Ma attended Tongji University from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering. In November 2020, Su Ma obtained a certification in "Shane Snow on Storytelling" from LinkedIn.
