Paul Darie

Paul Darie is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and enhancing user experience through strategic planning and transparent communication. Since June 2017 at EveryMatrix, Paul has successfully implemented lean methods to improve delivery lead times, developed multiple product plans, and fostered strong relationships with stakeholders. Previously, as a Quality Assurance Team Lead, Paul streamlined processes and introduced automation, significantly reducing test times. Paul also has a background in quality control at Ubisoft and quality assurance at Electronic Arts, coupled with a degree in Telecommunications from Colegiul Tehnic Gheorghe Airinei.
