Richard Daly has over 16 years of experience in customer support and technical engineering, currently serving as Customer Support Engineering Manager at Tait Communications since August 2007. In this role, Richard oversees the delivery of professional technical support for Tait radio products while also mentoring and training other engineers. Prior to Tait Communications, Richard worked at SGS in various engineering roles, starting as a Technician Development Program Trainee and advancing to Lab Technician. Richard holds a Diploma of Electrotechnology in Electronics from CPIT, completed between 2005 and 2007, and attended Nelson College from 1998 to 2003.
