Jim Holahan

Jim Holahan, CMVP, Senior Energy Analyst at Taitem Engineering, has an extensive background in conducting energy audits and contributes his expertise in measurement and verification (M&V) to energy consulting and research projects. Jim provided outreach to commercial and industrial facilities for NYSERDA’s Existing Facilities and Flextech Programs. He recently completed a year as an On-Site Energy Manager (OsEM) for an international lumber company as part of an NYSERDA pilot program, saving over 10% of the company’s annual electric usage the first year. Jim is currently the On-Site energy manager for Ithaca Neighborhood Housing Services (INHS) as well as conducting energy audits.
