Bryan Huang

Pei-sheng Huang is a legal and business professional with extensive experience in startup management, fundraising, and cross-border M&A, primarily in Taiwan and the United States. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Taiwan Global Angels since February 2022 and Managing Partner at TaipeiLaw Attorney-at-Law since June 2016, Pei-sheng has been instrumental in developing holding company structures and shareholder plans.
