Established in 1967, Tajfun Planina d.o.o. has now become Europe’s largest global manufacturer of forestry machinery and a veritable industrial giant in Kozjansko (Slovenia), considering it employs 180 people. It exports over 90% of its production programme, which entails logging winches and firewood processors, to more than 40 European and overseas countries. Tajfun now has four foreign companies: in the US, Russia, the Republic of Serbia and Brazil.
